Pat,
Senior Home Companions service has allowed Mary (my mother-in-law) to remain in her own home and be treated with care, kindness and love.
Mary began using Senior Home Companions over 6 years ago following a fall in her home. She was not eating properly and was not providing herself with the most rudimentary activities of daily living.
The service started out with just a few hours per week and has increased over time to full time companion services. Mary is now 95 years old and is still in her own home. This has been accomplished with a minimum of changes in staff. One companion has been with her for the entire 6 years. We have never had a cancellation of service due to the lack of someone able to be with her. My husband and I have been totally satisfied with the service and highly recommend the service as a wonderful way to provide care for a loved one.
Sincerely

Dear Pat,
Best wishes for a happy healthy 2008 to you and your loved ones. I want to thank you for the lovely day book. I carry one in my purse at all times, and give away the old ones to people who need help, and don’t know how to find any.
My caregiver has been a wonderful help to me. We are both great readers and discuss books with each other. She “feels” to me like a perfect substitute family member.
In June I will be 88 years old. I think one reason I have lived so long is the peace of mind your organization makes possible. Thank you for allowing me to live in my own home feeling cared for.
Sincerely Yours
Caroline Crabtree/Cape Coral Florida
